Who is PassportSpark for?

Adults 18 and over who want serious relationships and meaningful connections across borders, with a special focus on the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Is photo verification required?

Yes. Every member must complete photo verification, a live selfie reviewed by our team, before they can like, match or message.

Do other members see my verification selfie?

No. Your selfie is stored privately, used only to review your verification and deleted after the review period. Other members see your verification badge, never the selfie.

How do matches and messages work?

Send a Heart to someone you would like to know better. When the interest is mutual, it’s a match and you can start a private conversation.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the menu on any profile or conversation to report or block a member. Our team reviews reports, and members you block can no longer see or message you.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Our Delete Account page explains what is deleted and how to contact support.
