Who can use PassportSpark
You must be at least 18 years old. Each account is for one person, and the information you give us, including your birth date and photos, must be accurate and your own.
Photo verification
Every member must complete photo verification before they can like, match or message other members. Our team reviews a live selfie against your profile photos. Verification checks that your photos match the person verifying; it does not confirm anyone’s identity documents, intentions or conduct.
How you use PassportSpark
Follow our
Community Guidelines. In particular, do not impersonate anyone, ask other members for money, harass, threaten or exploit anyone, share sexual or illegal content, or use PassportSpark for commercial or promotional purposes. Our systems check messages, profile text and photos for contact details and may block or hide them.
Your content
You are responsible for the profile details, photos and messages you share. Only share content you have the right to share. We may remove content or limit its visibility when it breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Subscriptions
PassportSpark does not sell subscriptions during the closed beta. If paid features are offered later, they will be purchased through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment, renewal and cancellation under their own terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your store account.
Safety and enforcement
Members can report or block anyone from a profile or conversation, and our team reviews reports. When rules are broken, we may warn a member, remove content, restrict features, suspend or ban an account, and take steps to stop banned members from returning. If you think a decision about your account is wrong, contact
support@passportspark.com to ask for a human review.
