Email support

Email support@passportspark.com. Write from the email address you use to sign in, so we can find your account, and describe what happened. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Report a member or a message

The fastest way to report a safety concern is in the app: open the menu on the profile or conversation and choose Report. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. See how to delete your account for the steps and what is deleted.
